Following the trend of oversized clothing becoming popular and the trend of wearing T-shirts in just the right size, we developed a new model of the popular LEO series. Considering the beautiful shape of the back for men's body types, the seam line on the side of the body is shifted backwards to create a slight shape. Also, by designing the hem width narrower than the body width, it creates an inverted triangle silhouette that gives a bold impression.

Gentle materials: An upgrade of the brand's standard smooth fabric

The fabric specifications follow the same 28G high gauge as "THE LEO", made from smooth knit 60-count single yarn, but the materials and processing have been upgraded.

The raw material used is 100% Supima cotton, which is said to be the highest quality cotton among all cotton varieties. By using a raw material with thin and long fibers, we have achieved a smooth texture and high durability. Another attractive feature of Supima cotton is that it has excellent color development and can maintain a high level of whiteness.

For the finishing process, we commissioned one of Japan's leading spinning manufacturers, which holds the reign of supremacy in niche processing techniques. In addition to mercerization to enhance the luster, we combined a unique process that enhances the supple feel and resilience. You can enjoy an unparalleled soft, smooth, comfortable feel, as well as a unique firmness and drape.

In the preparation stage before sewing, the fabric is subjected to high-temperature steam treatment. This shrinks the fabric in advance, reducing shrinkage and loss of shape after washing. You can enjoy the distinctive silhouette for a long time.

Gentle made: A crew neck that clings to your neck

The neck part is a classic T-shirt design. After many sample reviews, we have created a neckline that fits snugly around the neck. The neck part is made of milling fabric with excellent elasticity and kickback properties. We have changed the milling to a thicker standard than that used for general 60-count single-yarn smooth fabrics.

The neck is tagless and printless for a stress-free fit.

By eliminating the woven label around the neck, the shirt is tagless, eliminating the discomfort on the back. There is no need to worry about the brand logo or washing instructions being visible from the back, which is common with heat-sealed prints.

Produced in a sewing factory in Akita that meets the strict auditing standards of global companies. Not only does it have high sewing quality that can handle everything from global brands to designers, but it is one of the few reliable factories that has been audited by a third party for over 10 years, covering nearly 400 items, including whether the building complies with building laws, whether the employee environment is well-maintained (no unpaid wages or unpaid overtime), whether there is racial discrimination, and employee training policies.
