Q. When will the product be shipped?

Orders placed by 12:10 pm will be shipped on the same day as a general rule. (Excluding Sundays and holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and long holidays such as Golden Week)

Q. How much is the shipping fee?

[For delivery within Japan]
All over Japan 550 yen
(Delivery to Hokkaido: 990 yen, delivery to Okinawa: 1320 yen, other remote islands will be charged extra shipping)

Free shipping nationwide for purchases over 25,000 yen! ( Delivery to Hokkaido 440 yen, delivery to Okinawa 770 yen, and other remote islands will incur additional shipping charges.)

Q. I would like to be notified of the restocking.

Please register the notification from the [Click here for notification of restocking] button on the relevant product page.

Q. I would like wrapping.

A. We do not accept wrapping. If you let us know before shipping, it is possible to make the delivery note only electronic data.

Q. I want to know the size that suits me.

Please consider using the size chart and unisize at the bottom of each product page.

Q. Is there a place where I can try it on?

GENTLEMAN PROJECTS is currently sold only on the official online site, and there are no stores where you can try it on. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q. Can I return or exchange the size?

We accept returns and size exchanges of products only in the following cases.
(1) When there is a defect in the product
(2) When a product different from the ordered content arrives
(3) In the case of a product damaged during delivery
If any of the above (1) to (3) is applicable and none of the following applies, you can return the item within 7 days after the item arrives.
a. Used, washed or cleaned, repaired at the time of purchase or after purchase
b. If you lose your delivery note
c. If the product tag / label is separated or lost (this does not apply to products that do not have a product tag)
d. If the condition of the product (including but not limited to the box and accessories of the product) at the time of return is damaged, soiled, lost, etc. compared to the time of delivery.
e. If the product is odorous, dirty, or scratched by the customer
f. When the package is opened for a product whose package is a part of the product
g. For hygiene products such as underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, lucky bags, sale products, outlet products, reserved products
h. When there is a description of "Not eligible for return" on the sales page
